At Good Different, we focus on education for families and children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Our goal is to provide strategies and tools that improve the quality of life for families.

Strategies are tailored to each individual and adapted to meet the needs of each family.

Our services for families

  • Families will use the contact form to book a phone consultation.

    During the free call, we will determine if Good Different is a good fit for you and your family.

    We will discuss your areas of need in the home. This will allow the consultant to begin planning individualised strategies and supports.

  • During a home visit, the consultant will observe the child and speak to the family members.

    This information will be used to create a plan for strategies and resources to be used at home.

  • During the second home visit, the consultant will model the planned strategies and teach family members how to implement and maintain the tailored strategies. They will support the family in implementing the strategy and developing their confidence in using it.

  • Families may choose to follow up on the implemented strategies via a phone call or a home visit.

    If appropriate, a new area of support may be identified.
